Founded as Brandstetter Farm in 1989, and continuously owned by our family, Cashtown Farm is a truly positive experience for all who visit. We invite you to experience what our family, friends, & neighbors have come to see as a uniquely special place. A working farm with Apples, Peaches, Corn, Wheat & Alfalfa seasonally, our aim is to preserve & improve the land and continually increase the biodiversity that is abundant in Adams County, Pennsylvania.
Come visit with us throughout the year, for all the various activities and events that take place in Gettysburg and the surrounding areas. We’re just 15 minutes from downtown Gettysburg & Gettysburg National Military Park. We’re also adjacent to the world famous Round Barn and the ever popular Thirsty Farmer Brew Works & Oyler Organic Farms. Come sit on the porch and listen to the birds, visit with the rabbits, white tail deer, red fox, blue heron, box ducks, 14 varieties of turtles, monarch, tiger swallowtail, morning cloak & the red spotted purple admiral butterflies to name a few. Have an afternoon BBQ, sit on the dock, enjoy the pond, and listen to the water run down the creek. Walk on the nature trail and see a wide variety of regional hawks, birds & owls.
